Musik im Paradiesgarten

Café Noir can be heard with salon music

Salon music with Café Noir will resonate again on Sunday, September 13, at “Music in the Paradise Garden” as part of the Koblenz Garden Culture. From 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, violinist Isabelle Roger and pianist Sabine Monschau will perform at the invitation of the city gardeners outdoors next to the Basilica of St. Kastor. The two friends, who work as instrumental teachers, have been offering a diverse program since 1998. This includes Hungarian and Spanish pieces, tangos, and romantic highlights like “Salut d'amour” by Edvard Elgar. Well-known compositions by the great violinist Fritz Kreisler, such as “Liebesleid” and “Schön Rosmarin,” are also part of the program.
