Nicolaus Cusanus: The Globe Game

His late work "Vom Globusspiel" is presented by Cusanus as a philosophical dialogue with two young Bavarian dukes' sons. He introduces them to his thinking by playing a game he designed with them. Using the characters and rules of the game, he introduces them to philosophy. We, too, will play the game in the course, read the book, and think and discuss together.
