Organ concert at the end of the pilgrimage

Festive organ concert for the pilgrimage's conclusion: Sound variety of the Rieger organ with works by Bach, Reger & Co.

The Rieger organ of the pilgrimage church Maria Heimsuchung Klausen, built in 2007, offers numerous sound possibilities with its 39 registers, which will be presented in a concert concluding the pilgrimage by Christopher Schmitt. The program includes classical organ literature: Johann Sebastian Bach: Prelude and Fugue in C Major BWV 547, Max Reger: Melodia op. 59/11, Flor Peeters: Toccata on "Ave Maris Stella". Variations on the chorale "What God Does is Well Done" by Johann Pachelbel will also be heard, as well as the Coronation March by George VI – also used at the coronation of Charles III.
