A fine selection of cheeses from farm dairies and other ingredients such as meat, vegetables, and fruit are available. A small cheese and wine tasting is also included, after which the appropriate wine can be purchased on-site.
Together with Wolfgang Fusenig (Mosel Cheese Event), we are hosting an After Work Outdoor Raclette above the vineyards. After a sparkling wine reception at the winery, we will walk through the Mehring vineyards to the Raclette location.
