Lavender Flower Festival of the Lehmer Razejunge

In June and July, the lavender bloom in Lehmener Würzlay is always a highlight for nature and photography enthusiasts as well as for those seeking relaxation.

On June 14, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the Lehmer Razejunge will host their flower-filled Lavender Flower Festival in the Würzlaygaten of the Razejunge vineyard. Visitors can experience the colorful nature with its diversity, especially the violet-blooming lavender and its soothing scent, and of course enjoy the regional lavender products. The product range includes lavender sugar, lavender liqueur, as well as the popular lavender sachets and bouquets. With a refreshing drink, visitors can immerse themselves in the sea of flowers along with the food-seeking bumblebees and butterflies. Trained nature experience guides from the Lehmer Razejunge will be available for questions and information about lavender and biodiversity in the Lehmener Würzlay on this day.

The proceeds from the Lavender Flower Festival will finance the Razejunge’s children and youth projects.

Visitors to the lavender festival are kindly asked to use the Würzlay path only on foot or by bicycle. Those arriving by car are requested to use the parking lot at B 416 Lehmen/Kattenes with access to the Lehmener Würzlay.
