Self Walk Weinwanderung - Saarburg im Rausch

Explore the Saarburg Rausch and the neighboring vineyards on your own.

At 3 points along the 5 km route, regional wines are hidden (alcohol-free alternatives available upon request).  
The tour starts near the cable car at VINOLISMUS Lager (Im Hagen 12). There you will receive your “Wine Hiking Equipment” and a welcome sparkling wine. Then, take the chairlift up to the Warsberg, from where you will mostly hike downhill through the vineyards back to the town.
For sporty hikers, the ascent can also be via the Panoramaweg.

The hike lasts about 2.5 to 3 hours including breaks and chairlift ride and includes a sparkling wine and 3 stops with accompanying wines as well as mineral water.
The cable car ride is not included, but participants of the “Saarburg im Rausch” tour pay a discounted price of 4 €.
An alternative for an accessible route can be provided upon request. The hiking route is nearly 5 km long.
