Sommerbühne 10: 32/20 BLUES BAND / THE VELVET VAMPIRE

For the 14th time, we celebrate a summer full of music in Bernkastel-Kues. As always, you will experience great open-air events with free admission. Every Thursday from 6 PM to 10 PM, we offer you 2 bands and cheerful after-work entertainment in the most beautiful places of our city.

6 PM: The Velvet Vampire
“The Velvet Vampire” brings back the energy, drive, and not least the inspiring aura of classics like “Waiting For My Man,” “Heroin,” “All Tomorrow's Parties,” or “Sweet Jane” as a tribute to the “favorite band of your favorite bands” with verve and pop attitude on stage.

8 PM: 32/20 Blues Band - 25th Anniversary Tour 2025
With its original lineup, the 32/20 BLUES BAND has played over 700 concerts in the German-speaking area and neighboring countries since its founding in 2000. They present their songs with musical passion, joy of playing, and skill. Five CDs have been released during this time. 25 years is just a number; the band continues, and this year they will perform concerts throughout the German-speaking region. For the anniversary, the concert on the summer stage in Bernkastel-Kues will be celebrated with an expanded lineup. A three-member brass section, Carlos Wagner (sax), Marco Rollmann (trumpet), and Andi Haller (trombone) will join, as well as Thomas Bracht on the Hammond organ. Stay tuned!
