John Humbley Humfrey was a royal English engineering officer. As an expert in military and fortification, he managed to survey, describe in detail, and even record in plans the Prussian fortress of Koblenz in the 1830s. Join him and discover with him spicy fortification details of the Ehrenbreitstein fortress during its time of construction.
