The Moselle myth - a Riesling journey

What can I expect?
On Friday evening, Mythos Mosel will be ceremonially opened in changing locations. Regional and national chefs will each prepare a course, accompanied by the best wines from magnum bottles of all participating winegrowers. On Saturday and Sunday from 11.00-18.00, visitors can taste five to six wines from each winery. Further tastings, wine parties, winegrower menus and much more will be organised around Mythos Mosel.

How much does admission cost?
Tasting (VVK): Saturday = 50 €, Sunday = 30 €, 2 days = 65 € This includes access to all wineries, all tastings, water and bread, as well as the shuttle bus connecting the wineries and travel from the VRT area. The opening ceremony costs € 199.

OPENING CEREMONY at the Hotel Moselschlösschen in Traben-Trarbach
Eight chefs and 480 large bottles (magnum, double magnum or larger) await the guests. Stroll along with the winegrowers in the footsteps of Art Nouveau. The former winery, which has now been converted into a hotel, offers the perfect symbiosis of history, change and the new dawn of the Moselle. The concept remains the same: wines from large bottles accompanied by culinary delights from various chefs. A relaxed start to a weekend full of enjoyment. Wolfgang Becker*, Hoang Dinh Phuong, Walter Curman, Sascha Scherweit (Moselschlösschen), Benjamin Hacker (Bellevue), Christoph Heim, Sebastian Schebester, Raphael Ianniello will provide the culinary accompaniment. Tickets for the opening ceremony will be available from March via www.mythos-mosel.de or immediately in conjunction with a room reservation at the Moselschlösschen.
