UNAVANTALUNA was founded in 2004 by four fabulous musicians who had all gathered quite different musical experiences up until that point. They all felt instantly united by their love for the traditions of their country and decided from that moment on to channel all their passion into a new project: UNAVANTALUNA was born! Sicilian songs and powerful voices, archaic instruments and millennia-old knowledge, fresh arrangements and sounds: a group with a great impact. Únavantaluna live at the Kulturgießerei Saarburg – this promises to be a great evening!
Since then, they have continuously performed at the most important European festivals and concert series, and have been invited for interviews and appearances on both national and international radio and television stations. Tours have also taken them to Australia and Taipei, China, as well as to some of the most prestigious festivals in Germany.
