Veteranentag in Koblenz

for the 2nd Veterans' Day in Koblenz on SUN 14.06.26

Veterans Day in Koblenz
For the first time, the National Veterans Day took place in Koblenz on June 15, 2025, as decided by the German Bundestag on April 25, 2024.

The city of Koblenz was therefore among the first municipalities in Germany to actively celebrate this day and to shape it as a pioneer. As a traditional garrison city, Koblenz unreservedly and convincingly accepted its responsibility towards the veterans and their appreciation in society.

In his opening speech on June 15, 2025, at Jesuitenplatz, Mayor David Langner aptly made the point: Veterans belong in the middle of society – and are therefore consciously honored in the heart of the city of Koblenz at Jesuitenplatz.

Against this background, we are pleased to welcome all Bundeswehr veterans to the 2nd National Veterans Day on June 14, 2026, from 09:00 to 18:00 at Jesuitenplatz in Koblenz once again. In addition to music, food, and drinks, the event offers space for information, exchange, and discussion around the topic of veterans. We are therefore extremely pleased about the patronage for Veterans Day 2026 by Major General Ansgar Meyer and the Mayor of the city of Koblenz, Mr. David Langner.
