Without any problem, tour guide Ewald Thömmes could talk here for an hour by himself. But he has many more gates and doors, portals and magnificent buildings to show: in the Domfreihof, the Kornmarkt, the Stockplatz, or the Hauptmarkt. Sometimes art-historical epochs become visible, sometimes Trier legends, and sometimes the life paths of significant personalities from Trier. In this way, participants experience the history of the city of Trier with its various facets from antiquity to modern times. Legends, tales, and anecdotes bring out many curiosities and show our city from a completely different perspective.
