Wild Cooking in the Vineyard - a Wild Herb Experience

In the picturesque Nitteler Rock Garden, we will jointly discover the treasures of nature. We will gather a variety of different wild herbs and transform them with other ingredients into creative and tasty dishes and drinks. Participants will get to know the herbs and learn all about their culinary uses as well as their beneficial properties for health and well-being. The highlight is the communal meal in the heart of nature, garnished with an incomparable panoramic view of the Moselle Valley. For each course, the appropriate wine will be chosen from the variety of grape varieties grown in Nittel. To refresh, the previously made herb lemonade will be served.

The participant fee is €30.00, including all materials, food, and drinks.

The event can only take place in suitable weather. If it is not possible on that day, the event will be rescheduled in consultation with the participants. Participants should be able to climb the narrow stone steps. Appropriate footwear is necessary.
