Wine fair Gondorf - wine, majesties and music!

The Festival Program:

Saturday, 12.09.2026

11.30 a.m. Opening of the beverage stands and traditional pea soup meal at the festival site

1.00 p.m. The piglet for the evening starts rotating on the charcoal grill

2.00 p.m. Departure of the parade to pick up the wine majesties: Wine Queen Christina I. with her princesses Anna and Anna. With participation from: Gondorfer Stehkragen, Koberner Burggrafen, Music Association Kobern, Friends of Gondorf, Lehmer Razejunge, Hoempa Matata, Volunteer Fire Department Dreckenach Following this, the opening of the Wine Festival at Von-der-Leyen-Platz with greetings from the wine majesties.

In the afternoon and evening, there will be recurring festive performances by “Hoempa Matata”

9.00 a.m. Festive High Mass at St. Johannes Apostel Parish Church with participation by the Men's Choir 1878 Kobern-Gondorf. Following the Holy Mass: Parade to the Gondorf Cemetery, tribute to the fallen with a subsequent laying of wreaths with the participation of the wine majesties, the Men's Choir 1878 Kobern-Gondorf, the music clubs Kobern and Hoempa Matata, the Culture and Heritage Association Gondorf, the Volunteer Fire Department Dreckenach as well as the Friends of Gondorf Afterwards, early morning beer at the festival site concert by the Music Association Kobern

12.00 p.m. Lunch: Moselle-style baked ham with salted potatoes and “decke Bunne met Speck” or coleslaw

1.00 p.m. Musical entertainment with “NightLife”

2.00 p.m. Dance performances by the kindergarten children and the children’s dance group “Dancing Kids” of the “Mosella Dance Club” Kobern-Gondorf
