Winzerfest in Bruttig

Celebrate with us the winegrower's festival in the beautiful district of Bruttig.

Bruttig Wine Festival – A weekend full of wine, music, and joy of life
For decades, the Bruttig Wine Festival has been a highlight on the Moselle. Every second weekend in August, Bruttig transforms into a place of friendship, music, and enjoyment.
What makes the wine festival so special is not only an energetic program set against a beautiful backdrop, but above all, the successful blending of lived tradition and modern vitality. With great sensitivity, well-established customs have been carefully developed over decades – supported by impressive volunteer engagement.
Surrounded by old chestnut trees and the historic town hall, the lovingly decorated festival grounds unfold their own atmosphere. Whether in the atmospheric festival tent, the charming wine garden, or at the most legendary bar in Moselkrampen – here the wine flows and conviviality becomes an experience.
Wine lovers and party enthusiasts can look forward to a varied program on two stages:
  • Friday: Opening party with live band and disco night – perfect for dancing and toasting.
  • Saturday: Official opening, musical highlights, and the traditional “Saturday evening” with the “Original Klingende Moselländer”.
  • A real spectacle: The ceremonial arrival of the wine god Bacchus and the devil dance.
  • Sunday: Belgian aperitif concert, grand parade through Bruttig, and in the evening, a musical finale – crowned by a fantastic fireworks display over the Moselle valley.
  • Monday: Cozy conclusion at the homeland evening with the Schorlemontag, traditional music, and dances.
Whether locals or visitors from afar – the wine festival warmly welcomes everyone. Come by, celebrate with us, and feel the pure joy of life in Bruttig – a weekend to remember!
