Especially in a constantly expanding company like Lohner's, it is important to never forget our own roots, which is why our connection to the region is so important to us. Not only to our production location and central headquarters in Polch but also to all our locations and the local customers. In over 180 specialized stores, our employees represent your baker from the region – in Rhineland-Palatinate, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Hesse.
The bakery of Lohner’s is the heart of the company in Polch. Every night, bread, rolls, pastries, cakes, and cream slices are crafted with great attention to detail and in artisanal quality by the bakers and confectioners of Lohner’s. The baked goods are quickly delivered fresh from the oven to the individual specialty shops to delight customers as “Your local baker” in their respective hometowns with a variety of delicacies. Furthermore, fresh baking is constantly done in the specialty shops on-site!
