The boxwood hiking trail with a length of 4.1 km connects the places Karden and Müden. Information boards at the starting points (in Karden at the end of the Burg-Eltz-Weg and in Müden at the early Franconian grave field) show the route. From Müden: The hike leads over a wide vineyard path and further over a narrow path to the Krailsbach. The path continues uphill towards Karden over several steps. Past the grill hut with a wonderful vantage point, the hiking trail leads down narrow paths to Karden. From Karden: The path leads uphill on narrow vineyard paths to the grill hut and further downhill along forest paths over several steps to the Krailsbach. The hike ends in Müden, first on narrow vineyard and rock paths and later on a wide farm road. You can take the train back to the starting point every hour.
