You can buy tickets on the bus from the bus driver. From here, buses go, among other places, to Bullay, Zell-Barl, and towards Traben-Trarbach and Bernkastel-Kues. Due to space limitations, taking bicycles on board is not possible. For certain sections along the Moselle, you can reserve a spot for your bike on the bike bus.
