The caravan park is located directly on the Moselle cycle path. Thus, it is an ideal starting point for bicycle tours. An information box provides news on upcoming events and festivals. Next to the site, there are several restaurants and cafés. Furthermore, the boat jetty is only at a few minutes walking distance.

In Piesport, there are more restaurants and taverns, a butchery, bakeries, supermarkets and branches of transregional banks. Visitors can also rent bicycles and canoes. In the tourist information, you can buy tickets for the bus and boat tours or check your emails on the internet. Anglers who present their valid fishing license get fishing permits.
