Der Spitzenstein und die Fischhuffelsen bei Hinzenburg

Quartzite Rock Groups

The Fischhuffelsen consists of two groups of quartzite rocks that rise up to 10 meters. They are located about 2.5 km west of the Seiferingstein in a light oak floodplain forest, immediately north of the hiking trail that leads from Seiferingstein to Hinzenburg. Quartzite was blasted here in 1934 for path construction.
Fortunately, further plans to extract quartzite in this area have been temporarily postponed.

About 300 meters northeast of the Seiferingstein stands the "Spitzenstein," an eroded quartzite rock.
