- Burgen
The Evangelical Church of Burgen combines a Romanesque tower from the 11th century with a baroque hall building from the 18th century.
The Romanesque west tower stands on the foundations of a Frankish watchtower and contains embedded Roman bricks. Particularly worth seeing is the richly decorated stone Renaissance pulpit from 1682. The church looks back on almost a thousand years of history and has been shaped by the local community over the centuries.
