Finn tracks originate from Scandinavia and are a specially designed track. The special feature of the Finnenbahn is the soft, about 10-15 centimeters thick floor covering made of wood chips, which is installed over sandy gravel in Mehring. At 1100 meters, this facility is one of the longest in Germany.
