From the paragliding ramp "Am Bockstein," you can enjoy a panoramic view over the Saar valley, the vineyards, and the towns of Ockfen and Irsch.
The Bockstein Rock is easily accessible from the parking lot at the Angelweiher in Ockfen. From there, you simply have to follow the signs for about 1.5 km along the Saar-Riesling Trail. From the Bockstein Rock and the associated summit cross, there is a magnificent view over the wine towns of Ockfen and Irsch, the vineyards, and the Saar valley towards Saarburg. The Bockstein Rock made of granite is located at an altitude of 348 m.
