The estate in Serrig is a facility for people with disabilities from the region, featuring a residential complex, various agricultural buildings, stables, and workshops (including a basket weaving workshop and a butcher shop).
The centerpiece of the farm estate is agriculture, cultivating various noble fruit varieties and vegetables, as well as integrated animal husbandry. In the farm shop, there is the possibility to purchase estate-owned products.

Self-service shop "Hofgut Kiste 24/7" near the B51 by the field railway model "Flaming Elias". Modern, barrier-free sales container with estate-owned products: fruits and vegetables, meat and sausage products, eggs, pasta, juices, as well as cheese from Altfuchshof and ice cream from Saargauhof.
