The church is a classicist hall building with walls supported by buttresses closed at the top with simple capitals.
At the entrance to the church stands the tower, which is covered with a dome. The masonry is made of slate rubble, while the cornice, door and window cladding are made of sandstone. On the south side is a three-axis central risalit with gable and portal.
The interior is characterised by a mighty mural in sgraffito made of gold mosaic, which was created in spring 1955 by the sculptor and painter Eugen Keller. The two side altars, also by Eugen Keller and made in 1957, are worth seeing. Both are valuable mosaic works.
The pulpit and confessionals are carved from wood in the Rococo style. Like the pews, they date from the time the church was built.
