Various exhibitions are held in the building, which rests on the foundations of a Roman villa. The Stefan Andres exhibition with a reference library provides information about the life and work of the writer from the Moselle region. Another exhibition introduces visitors to Father Johannes Maria Haw, founder of the Johannesbund. Also on display in the attic of the Niederprümer Hof is the puppet theater "Leierkasten," which is known beyond the city's borders.
