Lambertus Churchyard Ayl

On a hill between Ayl and Saarburg, above the B51, lies the listed village, with old lime trees, weeping ashes and trees of life, surrounded by a fern-covered slate quarry stone wall. An idyllic avenue of trees leads to a small chapel. From there, there is a magnificent view of the Saar valley.
