From the refuge “Leofelsen” you have a beautiful view. The one at 258 metres above sea level. N. N. located Leofelsen gives the interested hiker impressions about the geology of our landscape, as part of the Rheinische Schiefergebirge. From there you have a nice view of the course of the Alfbach, coming from the Eifel up to the mouth in the Moselle. A hiking trail leads over the ridges towards the castle of Arras.
