Guided hike: "Wine, warmth, delight" along the WeinWetterWeg Hatzenport.

Starting point is the ascent to the "Traumpfad Hatzenporter Laysteig" at Hatzenport train station. The circular hike is classified as medium to difficult, the duration is estimated at 3 - 3.5 hours, depending on the duration of the Moselle tapas picnic on the Rabenlay. Nature lovers with an affinity for wine will learn in an entertaining way what makes our terraced landscape so fascinating, what the connections are between Hatzenport's special exposure, the climatic peculiarities, the weather, the cultivation of vines and the flora and fauna. The aim is to inspire them for Hatzenport as a hot spot of biodiversity and to sensitize them for the necessity of nature conservation and the preservation and promotion of this biodiversity. At 5 different stations these connections are explained thematically. The red thread is to be the grape snacking hare, the symbol of the WeinWetterWeg. The guests are familiarized with the topic in an entertaining way via the hare. On the way and at the picnic on the Rabenlay, wine tastings will be served. The goal of the hike is to make the guests a fan of the terraced Moselle with all its biodiversity and to inspire them for the wine that grows there.
