Museum "Stein und Wein" Burgstr. 3 54341 Fell Tel. +49 (0) 6502 94019 or 988588 The documentation centre "Stein und Wein" (= "Stone and wine") is located next to the entrance of the schist mine and it contains an exhibition about many rare as well as curious mining and viticultural machines. A video movie shows the state-of-the-art schist mining of "Rathscheck mining" near Mayen/ Eifel. In the small museum you can also regard a superb statue of Saint Barbara from 1897!
