- Monzelfeld
Today, the old village mill, a still fully functioning electronic mill, hosts the museum of local history of the parish of Monzelfeld. The different steps of the procedure of grinding flour are displayed very ostensively.
Books and individual notes document the milling licenses of the local farmers. Since it was a collective mill, every farmer had a fixed date for grinding his crop. Furthermore, the small museum documents the local history and informs about flax cultivation as well as the fabrication and processing of linen. Roman findings from the surrounding area complete the collection.
