We are a mobile care team that has made it our mission to care with HEART. For us, care is not only defined by pure personal hygiene; rather, we see the person as a whole, with all their individual wishes and needs. Through our case management model, we always strive to meet these wishes and needs, and we see each person with their own story and biography. In our view, only in this way is competent, individual, and empathic care possible. We support those in need of care at home in their familiar environment. We want to help you compensate for deficits while also promoting your existing resources. The self-determination and dignity of our clients are our top priorities.
