Hello, my name is Marco Schössler and I am the owner of the company Platten Schössler. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself personally and give you a brief insight into my professional career to date.

If I had listened to my father, you would not have to read these lines. His advice for my career was simple: "Never become a tiler". What can I tell you, sometimes things turn out differently than parents wish. As it happens, as the son of a self-employed craftsman, I was often in my parents' business as a child. And of course, manual work is simply more exciting than office work for an adolescent. So I developed an interest in handicrafts quite early on, which hasn't changed to this day. However, at that time I thought it would be working with wood. So on 01.06.2006

I revived the companyPlatten Schössler, first with headquarters in Traben-Trarbach, then in 2008 by moving as a new opening in Enkirch and continue the family tradition in the 3rd generation. My concept differs from those of my grandfather and father. I have decided to run my company as a one-man business. I want to personally take care of my customers' concerns and provide them with individual and excellent professional advice. Equipped with commitment and the technical know-how, I look forward to passionately pursuing my profession every day. Of course, the early years were no piece of cake and the years to come probably won't be either, which is why it's so important for me to really do something that I enjoy and that motivates me. And who knows, maybe there will be a 4th generation. The course has already been set since the birth of my son in December 2014.
