Protestant church with Stumm organ in Mülheim an der Mosel

  • Mülheim an der Mosel

The Protestant church of Mülheim was built from 1669 to 1675, presumably according to plans of Heinrich Wolf from Wittlich. It is a good example of a Protestant country church: Roofed hall building from 1672 with a mid-13th century tower. On the gallery, there are 26 works showing biblical scenes by the painter Johann Georg Engisch from Kirn.

Gravestone for priest Happel from 1680 [Georg Dehio: Handbuch der deutschen Kunstdenkmäle] Saalbau from 1672 with tower of the 13th century, 26 paintings by Johann Georg Engisch from Kirn at the gallery balustrades, 1st half 18th century, organ by Friedrich and Karl Stumm from 1890.
