SUP Yoga is the combination of water sports and yoga. You can register for the yoga courses even without any prior knowledge.
The courses are held in collaboration with our two certified yoga and SUP yoga instructors Susi Blum & Silke Simon. Through the body-focused yoga style, deep muscles and body tension are trained, as well as inner balance and stability. Yoga is a holistic practice that aligns body, mind, and soul through regular active regeneration. You cannot achieve more balance and ease as quickly anywhere else than with yoga on the water. Peace & strength, sun and fun on the water! The safe point system of the YOGA concept helps you gain stability on the board.
