TuS Kinheim-Kindel 1920 e.V.

Already over 100 and still in good shape...

...is the gymnastics and sports club Kinheim-Kindel e.V. 1920.

Our club has over 200 active members aged from 1 to over 80 years, who keep fit in the community-owned Sucellushalle.

The activities are varied and are run by trained instructors, coaches and a qualified sports teacher. For the youngest children, Heike Zilz, our experienced exercise instructor, has a colourful programme ready every Wednesday in children's gymnastics. Children of primary school age can join Heike in girls' gymnastics on Wednesdays or Aron Zehringen, our ball school leader, in ball ABC on Thursdays. For the youngsters, it's football in the playgroup or Fit-Mix with certified sports teacher Christiane Zehringer. Melanie Gabriel, our fitness and Zumba expert, really gets our young and young-at-heart adults sweating on Mondays and Fridays with cross training, Zumba and, most recently, STRONG by Zumba.

The Ladies' Fitness 40+ (Christiane Zehringer), Men's Gymnastics 40+ (Egon Jakoby) and Seniors' Gymnastics 65+ (Margarete Schlink) are very popular and have been well attended for many years.

The TuS Kinheim-Kindel e.V. also caters for those with a brain for thinking. Our chess department under the direction of Egon Trossen is open to them. The association also participates in community events and organises hikes.
