The washhouse in Heidweiler from 1884 is located east of the village on the Bendersbach.
The old washhouse is a washing place covered by a quarrystone barrel, through which spring water flows and which is still in its original state. This is where the Heidweiler women scrubbed the laundry for decades and then laid it out on the surrounding meadows for bleaching.
