A wellness massage is a tissue stimulation, the effects of which vary depending on the type of massage. It can influence circulation, metabolism, organ activity and thus well-being. The latter is primarily sought, as the main task is relaxation.

All of my massages are wellness massages and are not performed on sick individuals. They do not replace a visit, diagnosis, or treatment by a doctor!
