Katharina Deutsch is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and recognized by the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds. In her lovingly run yoga studio, she teaches yoga as a path of conscious self-care. Here, the focus is not on the perfection of movement, but on mindful feeling, pausing, and connecting with one's own body and mind.
With her calm, authentic manner, Kathi creates a safe space where everyone – whether beginner or experienced – is welcome. Through flowing sequences of movement, targeted breathing techniques, and small prompts for mindfulness, she promotes not only physical flexibility and strength but also emotional balance and inner peace.
For Kathi, yoga is a heartfelt journey – a daily practice of being present, meeting oneself with kindness, and drawing new strength. Her classes invite participants to strengthen their center, leave everyday life behind, and move through life with more ease and clarity.
