We take you into the world of good taste and pamper you in a stylish feel-good atmosphere with selected culinary delights. Chef Josef Stülb prepares refined delicacies for you. Since we only use fresh ingredients, we update our menu with the respective season. Our hobby horses are fine game dishes from local forests and appealing fresh fish dishes. Choose small specialties for your personal wine tasting or enjoy a sophisticated menu. Our well-stocked wine cellar has over 80 fine wines and sparkling wines ready for you, almost 20 of them in the open bar. Following the tradition of the house, we only offer top-quality wines from the Moselle, Saar and Ruwer.

The wine cellar, where the more than 200 Feller winemakers once pressed their grapes, looks back on 100 years of history. The Feller Winzergenossenschaft erected the building around 1900. In the course of falling wine prices in the 70s / 80s, the property was then owned by Moselland e.G. Winegrowers' cooperative has been taken over as the grape receiving station. In 2002, the municipality of Fell acquired the previously closed acceptance station in order to put the building, which is historically valuable for the site, into a new use, taking into account its previous history. The wine cellar has always been a place for encounters, fun get-togethers and conversations about the juice of the grape. Faithful to this tradition, a restaurant with a gallery on the old mash hoppers and a wine bar with two vaulted cellars were built in the "new" wine cellar in the historic part of the building. In the back is the Silvanussaal. It offers space for up to 300 people and opportunities for a variety of events and family celebrations of all kinds.
