You can find out everything you always wanted to know about the production of sparkling wine in the Sankt Nikolaus sparkling wine house. Here we produce sparkling wines from noble Riesling and Burgundy wines in the traditional bottle fermentation process, which impress with their finesse and elegance. Every single bottle, of course shaken and tasted by hand, promises the connoisseur a sparkling wine pleasure that is second to none. Convince yourself of the quality of our products with a champagne tasting on site!
Our winery is a family business with a winemaking tradition since 1835, in which King Riesling dominates. The Riesling wines mature on steep slate slopes and convince with their lightness and freshness, combine race and elegance. Here the connoisseur will find the right drop for every occasion. Red and rosé wines from Dornfelder and Blauer Spätburgunder as well as fine white wines such as Rivaner, Weißer Burgunder and Chardonnay complete our extensive range. Our winery has a distillery, where noble schnapps are distilled from the marc and yeasts as well as from many local fruit varieties. Our family is passionate about what they do, will be happy to advise you comprehensively and introduce you to our products down to the smallest detail.
