The slate and the steep slopes are what makes our wines unique and unmistakable! The wines are made outside, on approx. 4.5 hectares - not in the cellar. We invest the most in the vineyard! In the cellar we are usually very relaxed, our wines go their own way - just like with grandfather 100 years ago.
