The family consists of Nico, Sarah and their son Finn.
The wines come from the lands along the Upper Moselle, from the home of Nittel and its surroundings. A total of 8 hectares is dedicated to the characteristic grape varieties Elbling, Riesling, Chardonnay, Rivaner, Kerner, Grauburgunder, Weißburgunder, and Spätburgunder. From this variety of grapes, in addition to white, rosé, and red wines, sparkling winemaker's Sekt, high-proof schnapps, fresh grape juice, and the #startklar wine spritzer are produced.
A wine tasting offers a nice and relaxed opportunity to taste the wines and evaluate them in a social setting. In the wine shop, you will find the entire range of varieties for touching and tasting. Additionally, gift baskets, vouchers, and regional delicacies are offered.
At the heart of the Sonntags Winery lies the freshly renovated wine tavern. Here, you will be pampered at least 4 times a year during the harvest festival.
The interior accommodates 60 people, and in the outdoor area on the beautiful courtyard, many more can join in good weather. Learn more about wine cultivation and wine sensory experiences during an exclusive wine tasting at the winery. Tastings with and without food are offered.
The wine shop is open on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed on holidays).
