The dream loop runs on the ridges around the elevated districts of Germany's oldest city. Along the way, you experience impressive panoramic views over the Hunsrück and Eifel, the Moselle and Ruwer valleys combined with quiet forest passages and paths through extensive fields and meadow landscapes. The highlight is certainly the Naumetter Kupp viewpoint. There, a rock nose rises steeply 170 meters high. The dream loop runs on the ridges of hills around the urban districts situated above Germany's oldest city. Along the way you will experience impressive views over the Hunsrück and the Eifel, the Moselle and the Ruwer valleys paired with silent forest passages and paths through extensive field and meadow landscapes. The highlight is certainly the Naumetter Kupp viewpoint. There, a rocky outcrop steeply rises 170 meters in height.

On the way to the outskirts of Tarforst stands an oak tree over 400 years old.

A narrow path runs between gardens and a stream in the Irsch district. The path climbs through an extensive field and meadow area up to the Galgenkopf. The parking lot at Galgenkopf is set up as another starting point for the dream loop.

Dreamlike distant views into the Moselle and Ruwer valleys, over the Hunsrück and the Eifel await the hiker on the way from Galgenkopf towards Korlingen.

Shortly before Korlingen, you pass the edge of a slate quarry. On the way to an extraordinary viewpoint, the outskirts of Korlingen are touched. On the way to the viewpoint, there are views into the Ruwer valley towards Marienlay Castle below Morscheid. A forest path leads to the cross at the Naumetter Kupp viewpoint high above Waldrach. From the rock nose, which rises steeply 170 meters from Waldrach in the Ruwer valley, impressive views over the vineyards of the Ruwer valley are offered.

After a moderate climb in the forest, the former refuge castle Naumett is passed, which was probably created during Roman times.
