After passing through Oberbillig, continue on the Moselle Cycle Route. You pass the wine-growing villages of Temmels and Wellen and finally reach Nittel.
Now cycle further upstream on the Moselle Cycle Route, pass the communities of Wincheringen and Wehr, and finally reach the wine-growing community Palzem.
From Palzem, you return by train to Trier.
Tip
- In Oberbillig, you have the option to take a passenger and car ferry for a detour to Luxembourgish Wasserbillig.
Route tip:
If you still have energy in your legs, a detour to Luxembourgish Remich or to the Roman Villa Nennig with its famous mosaic floor is worth it.
