The beautiful bike route from bridge to bridge is a lovely circular route for connoisseurs and beginners.

Along the Mosel, you can leisurely cycle through the Mosel towns Löf, Hatzenport, Moselkern, and Müden to Treis-Karden. Across the bridge for the circular route back over Burgen, Brodenbach to Löf.

General information

Directions

From the starting point at the Mosel bridge in Löf, the route leads to Hatzenport. Along the Mosel and past the vineyard terraces, you experience the typical cultural landscape of the Terrassenmosel. In Hatzenport, there are beautiful wine taverns directly on the Mosel that invite you to linger. From Hatzenport, the route continues past Bischofstein Castle to Moselkern. There, you can stop at a lovely café. Via Müden, the route leads to Treis-Karden. There you cross the Mosel and can visit a rustic wine tavern. On the way back, you cycle past a trout farm. You can also stop at two restaurants on your journey to Burgen. Via Burgen and Brodenbach, you return over the bridge to Löf. The towns invite you to stay, have coffee, and take breaks, offering wonderful views of the Mosel.

Helmets, cycling, and safety clothing should be worn.

Tip

A visit to a beautiful wine tavern along the route promises pure Mosel enjoyment.

Getting there

Via the A48 motorway with exit at Kobern-Gondorf or Kaisersesch to Löf or Treis-Karden.

Via the A61 motorway with exit at Waldesch or Dieblich to Löf.

Parking

Free parking is available at the train stations of the Mosel towns.

Free street parking is available in Löf, Hatzenport, and Brodenbach.

Public transit

Arrival by regional express or regional train to Löf, Hatzenport, Moselkern, Müden, or Treis-Karden. Bicycle transport is possible.
