The Konz city tour shows you the sights of the modern city of Konz at the confluence of the Saar and Moselle rivers.

During the tour, you will visit the sights of the modern town such as the town hall on the market square, the steam locomotive, the historic railway station building, the ruins of a Roman imperial palace, the Karthaus monastery, the mouth of the Saar and the Roscheider Hof open-air museum.

You should definitely plan a visit to the museum. Go on a journey through time and let yourself be whisked away into the world of the last 100 years. In addition to the outdoor area with reconstructed half-timbered houses and fragrant gardens, a unique collection of historic living rooms and shops awaits you in the manor house. Numerous craft demonstrations and historical amateur actors bring the museum to life during special events.

Today, only a few remains of the walls of the once magnificent Roman imperial palace remain. But with the free ARGO app, you can view the palace on site in its original size and in 360° view using augmented reality.
