From Cochem, take the cycle path via Ernst towards Poltersdorf. Here you have the possibility to cross by ferry to Beilstein (ferry times: daily from Easter until the end of October from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). From Beilstein, cycle along the Moselle back to Cochem.

Tip
From Beilstein, return by ship is also possible. Here you pass through the Moselle lock in Bruttig-Fankel.
Getting there
You can reach Cochem fastest via the A 48 Koblenz-Trier. From the east, take the Kaisersesch exit (No. 4), from here it is 12 km to Cochem. Just follow the signs. From the west, leave the A 48 via the Ulmen exit (No. 2), from here the route to Cochem (23 km) is also well signposted.
Parking
Use the city car park behind the Cochem station.
Public transit
Cochem is also excellently accessible by train. All trains running the Moselle route (Koblenz-Trier) of Deutsche Bahn stop at Cochem (Mosel) station. The RE takes 37 minutes from Koblenz to Cochem (49 minutes from Trier).
