On the approximately 5 km long adventure hike, you can discover the local flora and fauna, rare and unknown wild fruit, artistic elements and much more. Numerous benches and sensory loungers invite you to linger and enjoy the unique panorama high above Fell. It's worth coming back, as there are many more attractions planned. The Winzerkeller in Fell is currently the starting point, as there are plenty of parking spaces available there. However, the parking lot at the start-finish portal will also be available for hikers until spring 2o24.

The planners --- Feller Maximiner Wein e.V. --- of the Moselsteig side trail "Stein & Wein Panorama-Erlebnisweg Fell" have incorporated numerous exciting & innovative adventure stations with a variety of thematic focuses along the route, so that you can often experience an unparalleled aha effect with wide and astonished eyes.

In addition to the magnificent panoramic views, high-quality flora and fauna stations and works of art have been created.

Here is a small list of the ideas implemented:

-Meadow orchard (planting and signposting)

-Bat forest (detailed description of all native bat species, hanging of summer roosts, slate art with painted bats)

The offer is rounded off with a wine bar on Sundays & in good weather on the "rock"!

General information

Directions

Along the entire length of the path, you will find slate dry stone walls that have been lovingly decorated with works of art.

With a little attention, you can observe lizards sunbathing in the cracks in the wall. In addition to hares, deer, pheasants and partridges, honeybees can be seen at work. Signposts for the different wine regions of the world have been set up at four locations.

Occasionally, you can watch a winegrower cultivating his vineyards on a steep slope. Benches and two sensory loungers have been set up along the entire hiking trail, from which you can enjoy the view of the valley and the village. A little off the path on a small plateau, a lounge has been set up where you can enjoy a bottle or two of wine in peace and quiet, and a cooling facility for the good wine has also been provided.
