Situated between the Eifel and Hunsrück, the holiday region of Cochem has everything to make cyclists' hearts beat faster. The most beautiful cycle paths, romantic river sections and cosy places to stop for a bite to eat. A wide network of cycle paths awaits you for your journeys of discovery by bike! Cycling with us can be addictive. In Ferienland Cochem there are paths and tours for every type of cyclist.

You cycle from Cochem via Ernst, Ellenz-Poltersdorf, Senhals, Ediger-Eller, Bremm to the height of Neef. There you cross the Moselle bridge. Continue down the Moselle (partly unpaved farm track until shortly before Senheim. Continue via Mesenich, Beilstein, Bruttig-Fankel to Valwig on the road, from Valwig cycle path below the road to Cond and Cochem.

From Neef you can also take the train to Cochem.

Getting there

Cochem is also easy to reach by train. All trains that run on the Moselle route (Koblenz-Trier) of the Deutsche Bahn stop at Cochem (Moselle) station. The RE takes 37 minutes from Koblenz to Cochem (49 minutes from Trier).

Parking

Use the city car park behind Cochem station.

Public transit

The quickest way to reach Cochem is via the A 48 Koblenz-Trier. From the east, take the Kaisersesch exit (No. 4), from here it is another 12 km to Cochem. Simply follow the signs. From the west, leave the A 48 at the Ulmen exit (No. 2), from here the route to Cochem (23 km) is also well signposted.
